Cover More Ground With a Full-Length Roller

A 13-inch roller is great for targeting specific spots. A 36-inch roller is what you reach for when you want to work your entire back, IT band, or both quads in one continuous pass. The ProsourceFit 36-inch is a high-density solid foam roller that stays firm session after session — it won’t soften or compress like cheaper hollow-core options over time.

At its price point, it’s genuinely one of the best value full-length rollers on Amazon. If you’re new to foam rolling, the larger surface area also makes it easier to balance on than a shorter roller, lowering the learning curve for techniques like thoracic spine extension and IT band work.

Who It’s For

A great fit for anyone who wants to roll larger muscle groups — full back, both quads, IT band — in continuous passes rather than repositioning constantly with a shorter roller. The extra length and surface area also make it more approachable for beginners still building balance and confidence with foam rolling technique.

What We Liked

• 36-inch length covers your full back or both legs in one pass instead of repositioning constantly
• High-density solid foam construction stays firm over years of use, unlike hollow-core rollers that soften
• Larger surface area makes it easier to balance on for beginners
• Genuinely strong value for a full-length roller at this price point

Things to Consider
